Viewability is an increasingly important metric in online display advertising, and Active View is Google's own viewable impression measurement technology. It measures in real time whether each ad impression is viewable and, if so, for how long. Active View is integrated into all of Google's advertising platforms including YouTube, Google Display Network and Google Ad Manager.
