Google Ads

Google Ads is an online platform that lets users advertise on Google search results pages (SERPs) as well as on websites that are part of the Google Display Network. It uses a bidding model where advertisers bid on specific keywords and set the amount they are prepared to pay for clicks, conversions or views.

It is not to be confused with Google Ad Manager, which is a platform allowing publishers to manage their ad space and the campaigns running on their sites. However publishers using Google Ad Manager may choose to sell their spare (or 'remnant') inventory through Google Ads.
